Are you a woman who wants to deepen your connection to the natural world and enhance your well-being? Over six weeks, engage in immersive activities, reflective practices, and guided explorations to reconnect you with the land and yourself.  Each week focuses on a different aspect of nature connection, from mindful observation and sensory awareness to bird language, animal embodiment, connecting to water, contemplation, and a celebration of connection.  What you get: - 6 x Guided 1.5 hour online group sessions - Access to all recordings - Journaling resources to support your nature connection journey - Access to meditation recordings - Email support -Access to Members Area -Access to private group chat Whether you're just starting on your nature connection journey or already have an established nature connection routine, this program will meet you where you're at, offering valuable insights and practical tools to enrich your life of connection.
