About the Program

I am so excited to offer this Overnight Waterfall Hike for women.

You've asked. You've been patiently waiting. Wanting.

A hike that is accessible.

A hike that you can make happen without having to move mountains at home.

A place to build confidence and gain experience with overnight hiking.

An opportunity to slow down. To make meaningful connections.

Time to remember.

To connect.

Well, here you go!

This hike is very close to my heart.

It literally starts in my backyard. I look out to it most days, and I hear it calling me through the valley.

A yearning to connect.

Join me as we hike to this magnificent waterfall, exploring and discovering the gifts of this luscious rainforest along the way.

Group size will be very limited, so make sure you book your spot today.

On day one, we will hike through beautiful subtropical rainforest, learning to navigate using the features in the landscape and a map.

Carrying all that we need, we will step out of the busyness of our familiar lives and take time to listen and connect.

Walking through creeks, over gullies, up spurs, and around ridges, we will make our way through vibrant forest systems to arrive at the breath-taking waterfall.

Taking only what we need, we will camp simply, drinking in the awe-inspiring beauty and power of this phenomenal waterfall and the surrounding Country.

We will wake to the sounds of bird song and water, conversing with the forest.

We will sit with the stillness of the dawn, and listen.

We will walk with present awareness and move as one group, returning to the place we started a little after lunchtime on the second day.

It is going to be raw, nourishing, and beautiful.

Places are limited.
